Responsibilities for this Associate opportunity:

*Work as part of a team analyzing and processing foreign cash dividends.

*Primary responsibilities will include ensuring timeliness and quality of payments, generating appropriate bookkeeping entries for entitled holders, reconciliation and resolution of receivables and payables including fails and claims.

*Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
