ID: R00024787 Job Objective The Commercial Transformation Program
Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing a
portfolio of strategic initiatives aimed at transforming the
operations of ERM's global commercial function. This position
requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing
complex transformation projects, guiding projects from planning
through to execution and close-out, driving operational excellence,
and achieving program objectives. Key Accountabilities &
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and
successful completion of multiple transformation initiatives.
Ensure alignment with the commercial organization's strategic
objectives and operational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership and
regional, industry, and service stakeholders to drive consensus,
manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive program
plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk
management strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process
improvements and operational efficiencies. Implement best practices
and innovative solutions to enhance organizational
performance.
- Change Management: Work with firmwide TMO to architect
commercial change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption
of new processes and systems.
- Performance Measurement: Work with firmwide TMO to establish
key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress
and measure the success of commercial transformation initiatives.
Report on program status and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing commercial
transformation team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented
work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and
commercial best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to
enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of transformation
initiatives. Influence And Decision-Making Authority Operates
within broad practices and procedures, with a degree of
independence (provided within approved operating plans, objectives,
and commercial objectives). These jobs may determine how and when
results are achieved and may set standards and procedures for
others to follow to achieve annual results. Works to influence
others to accept job function's view/practices and agree/accept new
concepts, practices, and approaches. Requires the ability to
communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of
significant importance to the organization. May conduct briefings
with senior leaders within the job function. Often negotiates and
compromises with internal and external parties to accept concepts,
practices, and approaches of the job area. Frequently communicates
with senior executives regarding the impact of strategic decisions
on the rest of the organization, including (but not limited to)
Region, Industry, and Service Line leaders. Responsible for
improving upon processes or systems using significant
conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation skills. Problems and
issues faced are undefined and require detailed analysis and
personal knowledge and investigation to understand the problem.
Problems are difficult and complex. Requires extensive and advanced
management and leadership knowledge to lead teams through the
application of job knowledge. Job Requirements & Capabilities
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required Job specific
capabilities/skills:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with
a focus on operational transformation and change management within
a global consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional global
teams. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools. PMP or
similar certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to
make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Familiarity with commercial methodologies, processes, and
technologies.
